Freeflow customer journey
The vehicle gets scanned upon entry, thus starting a parking transaction. The customer then pays before exiting the car park. The vehicle gets scanned again at the exit, ending the parking transaction.
What happens when there is no payment?
In cases of non-payment, SimplyPark activates debt collection for any outstanding transactions. The customer will receive a parking fine, which can be paid by following the provided instructions.
